Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with the product you have received, you can request a return form from our customer service. Please mention your order number when contacting us. You can do this by sending an email to: info@wilsonandmiller-paddington.com
For returns, the order must meet the following conditions:
- The order must contain all original parts and components, and the packaging must be in its original condition.
- The product must not have been used. Used products may be rejected.
- Products where hygiene is important must be thoroughly cleaned before being returned. Bikinis, underwear, and socks cannot be returned.
A returns will be processed within 7 working days. If the conditions are met, the return will be officially confirmed within this timeframe.
We reserve the right to refuse returned goods if we suspect the goods have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.
How can I return my order?
If your order meets the above conditions, please do the following to start the return process:
- Send us an email at: info@wilsonandmiller-paddington.com
- Make sure the email contains the following information:
- Order number
- Reason for the return request
- Photo of the product (if broken or defective)
- Customer's first name + last name
- Customer's address
We will respond to your email as soon as possible and provide you with the return address.
Please note that all returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Never send the return shipment to the sender. After you request the return, we will send you the correct return address.
